Social Media Audit

It’s time to take stock and really percolate (just a fancy word for filter through) over your social media strategy.

Is it working? Is it just okay? Is there a better use of your time and resources?

What should your next social media strategy be? Which techniques should you throw out with the morning’s rubbish? Sometimes you can’t tell, because you’re just so involved and if you’re honest, a little over it too. #nojudgement

Now, I didn’t invent social media audits, and there are certainly quite a few to choose from. But you’ll love to hear from me if we have these things in common:

What is a social media audit?

It is a health check for your social media.

I assess if you're doing social media with heart and soul (so important) and whether you delight your audience - or bore them!

Of course, you will also want to know if you’re likely to have a profitable business using the social media strategy you have now.

How does a social media audit work?

First, you will fill in a short questionnaire which takes about ten minutes to complete. Don’t worry - it’s not a test or interrogation and I am not the social media police! It’s about your business, your brand, and what your struggles are.

After this, I will read your answers and go over a social media account of your choice with my fine-toothed comb. I will analyze your social media activity and how it correlates to your brand business goals. If the two are disconnected, we’ll have some work to do!

Your audit is packaged in an easy-to-understand report that includes the following:

  • What you’re doing well (because chances are, you’re awesome!)

  • What’s not working (because we all make mistakes!)

  • How you can improve in certain areas (because we all need a little help!)

  • Solutions for your challenges (because you can fix this!)
